Last year we kicked off our mentoring program with a very successful speed mentoring event.

Now, it's time to really make Mentoring Matters!

Our next event scheduled for May 14th, at NetApp, will introduce our mentoring philosophy

and how we envision our mentoring program to be run and grow this year. 

When seeking a mentor, the picture that most often comes to mind is that of a very senior,

seasoned professional taking a new-comer under his wing.

That kind of relationship is certainly invaluable

but it takes time and often a couple of tries to find the right match.

We strongly believe mentoring has many different forms and

there's great value in peer to peer mentoring for every experience level. 

And for that, the Women in Localization will introduce our mentoring principles and

kick off this event with role play and an opportunity for everyone to participate. 

Because we know that Mentoring Matters!
